Duties and Responsibilities

  • Friendly and warm greeting services to our customers who are walking in to our office.
  • Delivery Ecobatt’ product and servies to share to customers with knowledgable and self confidence.
  • Respond the cool calling service and emails to all related stakeholders with professionalism on time.
  • Provide the office tour to our guests or products specifications at showroom.
  • Handle the queries or any complaints which raise by our customers.
  • Fully take care of the office management downstairs and meeting room.
  • Follow up with sales or technical team to the appointment promising to our customers

Key Result Areas

  1. Provide professional customer service to warm welcome customers- walk in to the showroom.
  2. Introduce Ecobatt’s products and services to customers and explore the customers’ needs.
  3. Greet customers on the phone and make appointments to sales & services team for further technical sales.
  4. Manage the show room, meeting room, cleaner ensure the hygience environments.
  5. Closely work with sales & technical team for further supports
  6. Be able to handle customers’ feedback with calm and confident attitude.

Job Requirements

3.1. Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields

3.2. Knowledge, Skills and Personalities:

  • Knowledge office management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Can use Microsoft outlook, emails, power points , words and excel.
  • Be pro-active, patience and could work in  multi tasks
  • Passionate to get the job done
  • More flexible that could work with cross cultures.

3.3 Experience:

  • 1- year experience working in the same industry is quite preferrable or receptionist
  • Work with multi tasks with different people.
  • Be able to work with customers profoundly and enthusiastically.
