On 28th April 2023 we had the honor and pleasure to welcome at EcoBatt Energy, Mr. Kamitatara, Director for International Resource Circulation Resource Efficiency and Circular economy Division of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, Mr. Sato, First secretary of Japanese Embassy and Mr. Tsukiji, Advisor Solid Waste Management of the Cambodian Ministry of Environment Department of Solid Waste management and Mr. Tomohito, Manager of Toyota Tsusho Corporation Cambodia.
The purpose of this meeting was for Mr. Kamitatara to introduce the ASEAN-Japan Circular Economy Initiative (AJCEI) and for EcoBatt Energy Cambodia to present our current battery & e-waste management activities, achievement and future projects. The discussion was fruitful and we are looking for a near future collaboration on e-waste management in Cambodia.
